Refund & Cancellation Policy

We want you to feel confident when you buy from Fitness Deconstructed. This policy explains when purchases can be refunded, how training can be delayed for an injury, and how to cancel ongoing payments. To make any request under this policy, please send it in writing through our Contact page.

24-hour refund on any purchase

Any purchase can be refunded in full if you send a written refund request through our Contact page within 24 hours of your purchase. Please include your name and order number.

After 24 hours, purchases are non-refundable, except as described in the medical section below.

Live training and injuries

“Live training” means in-person and hybrid coaching, including 1-on-1 sessions, session bundles, monthly in-person plans, Hybrid Coaching, and Partner & Small Group Training.

If an injury or medical condition keeps you from training, you can choose either of the following by sending us a doctor’s note confirming that you are unable to train:

• Refund: a refund for any unused live training sessions in your package.
• Delay: pause your training for as long as necessary, with no penalty. Bundle expiration dates are extended by the length of the delay, and monthly billing is paused until you are able to return.

When you are ready to resume, simply let us know and we will help you pick up where you left off. You may be asked for a note clearing you to return to training.

Recurring and installment payments

• Monthly plans (such as monthly in-person plans and Hybrid Coaching) are paid one month at a time. After your first payment at checkout, you’ll receive a secure payment link by email every 30 days. You can cancel at any time before your next payment is due, and no further payments will be requested. Cancelling does not refund the current month, except as described above.
• Installment plans for coaching programs are paid in monthly installments. Your first installment is charged at checkout, and you’ll receive a secure payment link by email for each remaining installment every 30 days. If you cancel, future installments stop and your coaching ends at the end of the last month you paid for.

How refunds are issued

Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method. Once processed, it may take 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or card provider.
